¿Estamos listas para mi desayuna?
Porque es muy picante.
Well…evidently I’m not as rusty as I though on my spanish skills.
So what is the reason for my Spanish babbling?
A spicy latin fiesta of a breakfast that’s what. ¡Ay yi yi!

Spicy Latin Eggs
- Fried Egg(s)
- Sautéed Chopped Onion
- Black Beans
- Daiya Cheese (or cheese of choice)
- Sriracha (or Tabasco)
I sprinkled a little bit of sautéed onions and daiya on the egg after I flipped it, over easy.
Then I topped the plate with the onions, beans, S&P, and a drizzling of sriracha.
So satisfying.
I realize that Sriracha is actually Korean, but it’s spicy like a latin soap opera!
